Every member of the Golden Age Group is willing to take the initiatives at work, strives to improve himself and develops his career based on the working cultures of both the corporation and the Russian Federation. Employees here are reminded to be highly efficient in all tasks and projects, propelling the Golden Age Group towards a significant growth in all areas.
In order to further improve the productivity, the managers of the corporations occasionally hold programmes where employees can get to know one another and organise outdoor trips and camps to strengthen the bonds between employees.

3. The Golden Age Group and Saint-Petersburg
As the pioneer in hospitality and tourism and with a goal for sustainable growth, the Golden Age Group understands the importance of preserving the distinct cultures and architecture of the historic capital Saint-Petersburg and protecting the environment when we design, build and utilise our construction projects. Our very first few buildings namely Moika 5 and the Golden Age hotel were all rebuilt upon ancient buildings that dated back hundreds of years with the goals of saving energy and preserving the cultures in mind. Each and every construction signifies a milestone in the growth of the Golden Age Group.
